Getting started with AHS Lab is easy:
- Fill out our Lab Slip Template: We provide a straightforward lab slip that you can complete quickly.
- Submit Your Case: Once the lab slip is completed, submit it back to us.
- Send Your STL Files: You can submit your case directly using your iTero scanner, or send us any ready-to-print STL file.

Connecting Your iTero Scanner to AHS Lab
Using your iTero Scanner to send cases to AHS Lab is easy. Follow these simple steps to connect your iTero scanner to our lab:
- Contact iTero Support:
- Call iTero Support at 1800 468 472.
- Select Option 2 for iTero.
- Provide them with your scanner serial number and request they connect you to AHS Lab in Chesterfield, Virginia.
- Alternatively, Send an Email:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: “Add lab – [your iTero serial number] AHS Lab in Chesterfield”.
- Include your scanner serial number in the body of the email.
Finding Your iTero Serial Number:
To find your iTero serial number, navigate to: System Information > Base Serial Number.
